A Demolition Contractor license is required of anyone removing structural elements for the purpose of removing the entire structure, however, only Class A’s are permitted to completely demolish any building. This means that, no matter the size, level of intricacy or location of a job, you can be confident in knowing that J.D. Fedele has the knowledge and experience to do it right. J.D. Fedele is one of only a few contractors, in the Philadelphia area, to posses the Class A Demolition License.
